Key Deadlines
- Travel Grants Deadline: April 15
- Abstract Submission Deadline: May 1
- Early Registration Fees: Until March 15 (first tier) and May 1 (second tier)
Please note that no registration fee is required to apply for a Travel Grant. The amount awarded will be determined based on proximity to Santiago. Travel Grants are available for:
- Undergraduate Students
- Postgraduate Students
- Early Career Researchers (within 5 years of obtaining their PhD)
Applications are fully integrated within the registration platform.
